Terms of Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms
I'm so excited about you stopping by and actually PURCHASING something, that I'm totally just going to like - let you have it for two weeks, and if you decide for any reason whatsoever that you want your money back, like - if its a game, and you beat it in two weeks (cause I mean, that's what I'd do), you can just get your money back and the game was free to you. Monies tight out there right now, so if it helps, ya know - come get it back. If its within 14 days, I'll give you your money back every time. (We may collect entertaining refund requests. As such, if you stumble across a collection, know in advance I cannot guarantee there won't be some pretty colorful language.) As a central note - if you buy something, that's how you tell me you agree to all of this. Plainly spoken.
2. Digital Products and Licensing
I build apps and other computer software (graphic design, creative writing, 3D animation, database design and construction... heck, want a custom app? I can make that happen - contact me form around here somewhere nearby...) and the stuff I build is made to run on your computer without having to be connected to the internet. I mean - some of our stuff is internety... I swear that's a word... but where it's internet needed, it'll say very clearly. (And, you know, if you try it out for 14 days or less, and it sucks, get your money back, for sure!)
Anyhow, when you buy one, you have non-ex glue-sieve license. That means it does glue JUST to you, but other people might buy it, and they get the same right you do, is all it means. Non exCLUSIVE rights. There. And the rights don't transfer, though, I mean - I'm not gonna have a heart attack if you give a copy to your mom and brother, you know? It's family. It's friends. I get it. Just - don't sell it to them. If they're going to pay, they need to come here, don't you think?
Anyhow, that's what you agree to when you pay for a product here. (And by the way, these are WAY nicer than all the stuff the other guys say. You should look. They can get sorta aggressive with, like, mediation and crap... That's a little hard core, man. Just sayin'. Not that its beyond me, but... sheesh. It would have to be mega.) You know - you COULD always write me a note and just let me know you gave a copy to you mom and dad and brothers and sisters, because my stuff rocks that very much. I'll keep a running list - warm me up sometimes, that my stuff is helpful to that many different people. I want that.
3. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Software
Ok, so - there are no warranties or protections that I'm giving right now, cause frankly, I can't afford that yet. I'll update this as soon as I can provide more. So, what you buy is what you get. I promise, I put a lot of thought into each of them, but - you know - I'm wrong all the time, and I make a lot of mistakes, so... you've got a 2 week window. That has GOT to be more than enough time to know if you wanna keep it or not.
Because these tools execute on your phone or your tablet or computer, and interact with the stuff you already have downloaded and installed, if something goes horribly wrong, you agree not to come chasing after me (legally or otherwise... yipe...) like it was my fault. If you lose data, or your system errors, or there's some disruption caused by the use of our software or if you fiddle around in there and trigger some... heck... I don't know. Crap happens, man. I'm real sorry if something goes wrong, but I'm not accepting liability carte blanche. If it's REALLY something wild, DEFINITELY REACH OUT TO ME. If I can help, I'll want to know about it right away. And I'm still small enough, you're guaranteed to get ahold of me personally if you need to. When that changes - I'll update this. Just - to be clear, you run these scripts at your own risk. I'm not dancing around the issue - just sayin' like it is.
4. User Responsibilities
So - I guess... I'm not sure why this part is here, but, for "legal purposes" (mostly so I can get my clearance with Stripe so I have a medium you can pay me through) you're on the hook, not me, if you use my stuff illegally. Seems like that's very common sense, but - water's wet, fire's hot, and if you break the law, I'm not taking the rap. Also, any technical requirements are your responsibility in the end, but if you've got a computer as old as Moses and my stuff won't run - 14 days, and I give your money back, no questions asked. Hope that helps.
5. Contact
If you need to claim that 14-day refund, if my code completely melted your terminal, or if you just want to let me know you gave a copy of an Appling to your mom and it helped her out, here is how you get ahold of me directly. I read everything.
